Alignment Adjustment Instruction Sheet

A-Grub Screw Front/Back Control

Problem:

Machine pulling right

Remedy:

Adjust B clockwise

Problem:

Machine pulling left

Remedy:

Adjust C counter-clockwise

Problem:

Machine dragging forward

Remedy:

Adjust A counter-clockwise

Problem:

Machine pushing backwards

Remedy:

Adjust A clockwise

N.B.

When adjusting grub screws use 1/2 turn increments.

When adjusting grub screws in a clockwise direction back off D by 1/4 - 1/2 turn,

adjust grub screw and re-tightened D.

Once grub screw is adjusted (and D is re-tightened where necessary) test machine

on floor for alignment and adjust further if required following the above procedure.
